To order your control, please provide as much of the following info as you can in your initial inquiry:
1. Ideally, the make and model of the unit the control is for.
2. The total value of the control and the "tap" value - if it has a tap (measure from the "low end" of control if you don't know).
3. If there are two sections (such as GANGED or CONCENTRIC SHAFT types), include the rear section control specs in addition to the front section. The front section is the one closest to the panel.
4. The shaft type(s). Choices for typical 1/4" diameter shafts are: full round, half round, slightly flatted (primarily used on Philco & Silvertone sets) and knurled (aka fluted or ridged). Some auto radio and home stereo controls are "notched".
5. Shaft length. This must be measured from the MOUNTING FACE of the control, or the panel face.
6. Is there a power switch on the rear of the control? If so, is it a twist on/off or push-push type? If it's a twist type, is it single pole (2 lugs), or double pole (4 lugs)? Some have 3 lugs, which is a single pole with a tie point lug.
7. Any other special notes.
